WHERE DO ORDERS SHIP FROM?

Prettybird Club is based in America. All orders ship from sunny Hollywood, California USA. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. Prettybird Club ships internationally. 

WHAT SHIPPING PROVIDER DO YOU USE?

United States Postal Service (USPS) is generally used on all orders, unless you make a request to use a different shipping provider before placing an order. Prettybird will do our best to accommodate your request. 

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE SHIP AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?

Prettybird Club is an independently owned shop, all orders are packed by hand with love. We always aim to get orders out as quickly as possible. Orders generally go out in 1-5 business days.

CAN I GET MY ORDER RUSHED?

The only true way to speed up shipping time is by upgrading to USPS Expedited shipping. If you'd like to upgrade please let me know before placing an order so I can make a custom order with the upgraded shipping and price accordingly. Otherwise feel free to send an email if you have a special upcoming event or gift and need your order to be prioritized. Prettybird will do our best to accommodate your request. 

WHAT DOES IS MEAN IF MY TRACKING SAYS SHIPMENT CREATED, BUT NO UPDATE YET?

This means your order is at USPS, but is still processing. Tracking updates can take 24-48 hours. Your order tracking info will update shortly. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GOES MISSING?

Please contact your local post office or the postal shipping contact number provided on your tracking link if there are any problems with the tracking of your package. Adding postal insurance for an additional fee is an option to protect your package. Unfortunately without added postal insurance, we are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the post office. If contacting your local post office and the postal shipping contact number provided on your tracking link still don't resolve the issue, feel free to contact us and we will open an investigation for your package. 

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. In some cases packages are held at customs for long periods before being released for final delivery.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

All sales at Prettybird Club are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. All item descriptions, sizes, and details are made clear on the listings, so make sure to read them over before making your purchase. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED DUE TO WRONG ADDRESS OR BEING  MARKED UNDELIVERABLE?

For US Domestic orders, your item can be re-shipped once returned to me, as long as you pay the new additional shipping fee. If you would prefer a refund, it will be refunded for the cost of the order minus the shipping fee initially paid.

For International orders, your item can only be returned to me if you pay a $5 dollar fee to get the package re-shipped back into USA. Another payment of the shipping fee to get the product back to you is then required, and we will ship your order back. Failure to pay the initial $5 fee will result in your package not being returned. These orders are also non-refundable, since only the payment of this fee will allow me access to your package. 

Please understand that we are not responsible for paying these fees and they must be paid by the customer.

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED,?

Here at Prettybird Club we take quality control very seriously and strive to deliver the best to our customers. Items are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped out, but it's possible a product could get damaged in transit. Please email us with a photo of the damaged item and you will receive a replacement.
